What vehicles do you work on?
We service all makes and models of passenger cars, SUVs and medium-sized trucks. Contact us about your specific vehicle and repair.
How do I request an appointment?
Request your visit online, or email us if you have a question first. We’ll follow up to confirm your appointment. Prefer to call? You can reach us at 613-792-7676.
Where is the shop, and when are you open?
Find us at 849 Boyd Avenue, Ottawa, ON K2A 2C9, in Carlington near Carling and Clyde. Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Check with us about holiday hours.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Repairs include a minimum one-year warranty on parts and labour. We’ll explain the coverage and any conditions for your repair before the work begins.
Can you help me decide what work is needed?
Absolutely. Tell us what you’ve noticed and how you use your vehicle. We’ll explain what we find and help you understand the repair options.
Can my vehicle be repaired the same day?
Sometimes, but it depends on the work, parts and our schedule. Include your timing needs when you book or email us, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What if I have a concern after a repair?
Please let us know. Send our team your invoice details and a description of the concern. We’ll talk through the next steps and check the warranty coverage for your repair.
