MEET YOUR SMRO TEAM
Personal service.
It starts with people.
SMRO is a family-owned Ottawa auto repair shop, serving local drivers from Boyd Avenue since 2017.
MEET ROBIN PUDASAINI
Experience behind the work.
Robin brings more than 20 years of experience managing and operating auto repair shops, including Midas and Active Green & Ross. He started SMRO in 2017 with a personal approach: listen, explain the work clearly and give customers the information they need.
Whether you’re here for regular maintenance or something that doesn’t feel right, our team will talk it through with you. Your questions are always welcome.
Talk to real people.
Speak with a team who listen to your concerns, explain the findings and welcome your questions.
Support after the repair.
Repairs include a minimum one-year parts and labour warranty. If something concerns you after your visit, get in touch. We’ll explain the next steps and the coverage for your repair.
